Calls and messages we handle for clients
When a business hires us to run SenSol Voice Agent or other services, we may process information about that business's own customers, such as call audio, call transcripts, phone numbers, text messages, appointment details, and information written to the business's CRM.
In that role we act as a service provider to our client. We use this information only to provide and improve the services our client has asked for, and we follow our client's instructions about it. If you called or texted a business that uses our services, that business's privacy policy explains how it uses your information, and you should contact the business directly with requests about it.
Our clients are responsible for giving any notices and getting any consents that the law requires, such as notice that a call may be recorded or that a caller is speaking with an AI agent.

Analytics and session replay
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising.
Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser information, approximate location, and how you interact with pages and forms. Sensitive fields such as passwords and payment details are masked by default and are not captured.
For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics to measure website traffic, such as how many people visit, which pages they view, how they found us, and general device and location information. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information and reports it to us in aggregate. You can learn how Google uses this data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number only to send the messages you signed up for. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Our SMS Privacy Policy explains our text messaging program in full.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it. Information we process for clients is kept according to our agreement with that client.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
